This Privacy Policy describes how ADEK STUDIOS (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in the Muscribe iOS application (“the App”).

By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Data we store on your device

Muscribe is designed to keep your music and creative work private and on your device.

We store the following information locally on your iPhone/iPad using Apple frameworks (such as SwiftData and UserDefaults):

• Song titles and setlists
• Transcriptions (e.g. lyrics, chord progressions, notes)
• Song structure and arrangement details
• Personal notes and annotations
• App preferences (e.g. display settings, defaults)

We do not upload your song data or transcriptions to our own servers.

Your data remains on your device and is only synced or backed up via Apple services (e.g. iCloud backup) if you have them enabled.

You can delete any song or setlist at any time within the App. Deleting the App will remove all locally stored data associated with it.

3. Analytics

Muscribe does not currently collect analytics data.

If analytics are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated and you will be given control over whether to opt in.

4. Subscriptions and purchases (RevenueCat, Apple)

The App may offer optional paid features (e.g. Muscribe Pro) using Apple’s in-app purchases and RevenueCat for subscription management.

• Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store).
• We do not see or store your full payment details.

RevenueCat receives limited purchase-related information from Apple, such as:

• Transaction identifiers
• Product identifiers
• Subscription status

This is used only to:

• Unlock premium features
• Restore purchases across devices
• Manage subscription status

We do not link purchase information with your song data or transcriptions.

5. Notifications

Muscribe may send optional local notifications, for example:

• Practice reminders
• Setlist preparation reminders

You will be asked for permission before notifications are enabled.

You can manage notifications in:

• The App’s settings, and/or
• iOS Settings → Notifications

Notification preferences are stored locally on your device.

6. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us at team@adekstudios.co and we will take appropriate action.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data.

Because Muscribe stores data locally:

• Your data security depends largely on your device security

You are responsible for:

• Using a passcode or Face ID
• Managing iCloud backups
• Keeping your device and app up to date

8. Your choices and rights

You can:

• Delete songs, setlists, and notes at any time
• Remove all data by deleting the App

Since we do not store your data on our servers, we do not hold independent copies of your content.

9. Third-party services we use

The App may interact with:

• Apple (App Store, iOS, iCloud) – app distribution, purchases, backups, and system services
• RevenueCat – subscription and entitlement management

Each third party manages its own data according to its privacy policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

When we do:

• The “Last updated” date will be revised
